Recommended counseling resources
Bonding to others. Separating from others and setting boundaries. Learning to see both good and bad. Becoming an adult. These are four topics that author and psychologist Dr. Henry Cloud identify as important Changes That Heal. Often we need an outside source to help us sort through and recover from the wounds of the past and grow more into the image of God. Below is a list of recommended counselors to help you figure out where to start so you can move forward. Nearly all of us Cru staff at Maryland have participated in counseling, so feel free to reach out to us if you're thinking about counseling but are nervous to call and make the appointment (we were too!).
